Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love what you buy from TinySpoon. If you are not completely satisfied, here is exactly how returns work.

Our 30 day guarantee

You may return any unused, unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange.

Items must come back in their original condition and packaging with all tags still attached.

How to start a return

Email hi@tinyspoon.com.au with your order number and the reason for the return.

We reply with a return authorisation and the return address, usually within one business day.

Return postage is covered by you unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

When you get your money back

Once your return reaches us we inspect it and approve the refund.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval.

Original postage charges are not refunded unless the return was our error.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email hi@tinyspoon.com.au within 7 days with a photo.

We arrange a free replacement or a full refund, and we cover the return postage.

Sale items

Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (or the consumer protection laws of Australia). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.
